NAME

X-GEN - cuturef

SYNOPSIS

cuturef lowframe [highframe]

DESCRIPTION

"cuturef" reads a file with environment variable name UREFLS and writes out another with environment variable UREFOUT. The user specifies a starting image number and an ending image number, and only the reflections for which the observed omega value lies within that range are output.
n.b. If only one of the limits is specified (see <lowframe> and <highframe>,

below), it is taken to be the start of the output range. If both are specified but in opposite order (high before low), the program will reverse them for you.

The functionality offered in this filter can be effected in the normal course of data processing through the -a<fmmin,fmmax> option of "reduce". Thus the primary use of this program is in dealing with unusual cases, e.g. situations where the user is trying to apply overlap filters to a UREFLS file.

OPTIONS

<lowframe>
This specifies the first image that will be included in the output. Default value: 0.
<highframe> This specifies the last image that will be
included in the output. Default value: 440.
EXAMPLE

EXAMPLES

cuturef 14 135
