X-GEN - mrmerge
[-ik] file.mrf file2.mrf [ . . . ]
"mrmerge" merges one or more MULTIREFs to produce another
MULTIREF that has all the observations present in the initial
files but grouped together by symmetry mates. The user must
specify the names of the input files as command-line parameters.
Same as -k (see below)
Ordinarily the "mrmerge" operation checks each observation
to see if it is identical (to within 1 pixel and 1 frame) to
another spot already. If it is, it refuses to write the spot out.
If either of these Booleans is invoked, this proximity checking
is removed and all input observations will be output.
The first MULTIREF file to be merged together
The second MULTIREF file to be merged together
The third MULTIREF file to be merged together
The fourth MULTIREF file to be merged together
- mrmerge george[abc].mrf
Merge files georgea.mrf, georgeb.mrf,
and georgec.mrf to produce a MULTIREF with environment variable
mrmerge -i fred1.mrf ../nextdir/george3.mrf ../dir3/suzy17a.mrf
Merge files fred1.mrf, ../nextdir/george3.mrf, and
../dir3/suzy17a.mrf, eliminating the proximity check:
