X-GEN - pickuref
"pickuref" goes through the current integrated-reflections (UREFLS)
file and prints to XLOG all reflections that are identical or
symmetry-related to those called out in the REFLIST. If a flag is
set, a 15x15x7 dump of the raw data around the relevant reflection's
centroid is also output. This raw-data dump will be dark-current-
or background-subtracted if the user requests it.
This toggles subtraction of the data in the background image
before printing 15x15x7 dumps of the raw data around the
reflections specified in the REFLIST. This is only meaningful if
"-i" is specified.
This toggles printing of a 15x15x7 dump of the raw data

This toggles whether the transformed-coordinate
(alpha, beta, gamma) intensity and sigma or the conventional
(X,Y,omega) intensity and sigma are printed. This is only
meaningful if "-i" is specified.
This specifies the fraction of the dark current image that
will be subtracted from any image while dumping. Thus if this
value is taken as 1., we will dump 15x15x7 boxes from
(data frames - 1.0 dark-current image). Default value: 1.
The REFLIST file consists of a series of lines containing the
(h,k,l) values of the reflections for which the UREFLS results
are to be output. Each line contains one (h,k,l) ordered
triple in a free-form ASCII format.
